Raidou wakes up back in Death City in the middle of a sandstorm. Fortunately Kanji is quick to find him and bring him to Shibusen. Although several months have passed for Raidou, he finds it has only been a day since his departure for others. Despite the confusion, he seeks out as many of his old friends as he can and in process regains the memories of his previous stay.

Raidou is disappointed to find that Roy has been sent home before they could meet. All the same, he makes a network post to get in contact with old friends. Bakura is feeling down in the evening, prompting Raidou to go visit.

The morning goes by as Raidou spars with Yuri, helps manage the SEES area, and just hangs out for a while. The routine is suddenly broken by the Bakurae getting into a fight.

The mission to destroy the second Madness emitter begins. Given Raidou's state of mind, it is no surprise it goes badly. The good news is, the emitter is destroyed and Rei comes back.
